Why cant i play a head to head game?

How do I fix this problem I can’t play seasons on ultimate team. 

I've been trying to play head to head for a week now and every time I try to queue for a game i get "this event is not available"  can someone please help me fix this so i could play to head to head. Ive tried using the "Contact Us" tab but all it doesnt is bring me back to this page so i cant even get in contact with them correctly. please help

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
Which mode has this happened in? Online head to head
Summarize your bug Whenever I go to play "Head 2 Head" in any game mode, I get a "Attention this event is not available".
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1. Got to "Ultimate team" 2. Click "Head 2 Head" 3. Then select any game mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Gives me a "Attention this event is not available", then it kicks me back out to the menu.
What do you expect to see? I expect it to put me into a game.

Hello, I bought Madden 23 X/S version about a week ago and have spent a good amount of money on MUT and have enjoyed playing it. But whenever I go to play H2H it gives me a "Attention this event is not available" message then makes me go back to the H2H menu.

Electronic Arts ,you guys got to really get it together because one day someone will take it to the authorities and many people will stop playing your game.

thats the correct question. why does the game not give a meaningful error message like: "you can not play this event with this strategy item equipped" instead of a complete misleading "this event is not available"???
