Why did my franchise RB lose his X-Factor? He was an Xfactor for a full season. I broke the NFL single season rushing record and all of a sudden he is a star player again. I have an event popping up to upgrade him, why did he lose it?

Update: the SS lost his after the season due to regression post previous season morale bonuses. That’s understandable.
