Why do my servers keep crashing on madden 23

My servers on Madden 23 keep crashing all the time!!! I’ve deleted the game and reinstalled it. (Didn’t work)  Ive restored licenses (didn’t work) what the hell do I need to do so I can play the gam...

    @brandeux 

    Try setting your lineup to the best overall. Also, if you have a custom playbook, swap it out for a default one and change any team/coach visuals to default.

I have not been able to log in for the past 4 days+ to MUT solo challenges. I'm getting the following message 100% of the time:

"Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later."

I am then dumped back to the main menu. This is very, very frustrating - I've dumped money into bonus content and can't even use it... Can't get support anywhere on here either... the troubleshooting tool directs you to follow EA's FIFA Twitter as the final step. I'm at wit's end here... do I just dispute the bonus content charges with my bank for services not rendered?
