Why does superstar KO keep crashing

Question

Dear EA, Me and my friends have been experiencing a few problems in the newer mode Superstar KO. When picking a team we consistant freezing and errors that dont happen on other online games ive played. By no means am i calling the game back and i extremely enjoy it, though there are too many problems, from connection problems in random games, being kicked out of games other people disconnect or quit from, and the matchmaking, i get matched up with level 10 and lower many times as a level 30 and playing with level 40's. I think its unfair for others, and not enjoyable for me because i like to play great comp games. This is everything ive had issues with in Superstar KO,

Thanks for giving us a heads up. Which platform are you and your buddy playing the game on?Are you both playing under the same network and do you play on WiFi or a wired connection?
