Why doesn't Madden 23 PC have the same features as current generation console?

@KWRussell you're right it must've been something about the physics engine I was reading and my imagination took it from there. Hey, it's all we have to go on, after all.

But seriously, that makes it make even less sense. If madden truly is scalable and they have 2 entirely different games instead of scaling it.
It should be scaled well above console.
