He can't do anything as he has no say in what the Devs say or do, he can only forward our concerns. I don't think he fully understands what the issue is though that's for sure. Be it I didn't get a response for such a large issue I'd say my piece to the public and quit because all he's there for is to take BS from the community. This whole thread is falling on deaf ears. Community Managers=Community Handlers. I.E. 'We don't have an answer right now but please buy EA pro in the mean time'

@fonzo04 He understands the issue. He has specifically responded in identical threads over the last couple years. We had a long thread for madden 21 and 22. People have been screaming from the rooftops for a long time.
EA responded to us publicly last year. He responded as well, not with anything significant, but they at least acknowledged us.
This year, everything he says is said in a specific way, to drive profits. I mean, every word, when you look at it.
A marketing team is clearly instructing EA on how to respond. Avoid, avoid, avoid, and when backed into a corner, say something like "I can confirm the pc version will have everything the ps4/xb1 version has" instead of actually answering the question.
"If fieldsense is that important to you..." like the game is missing somebasic feature and that's it.
He is not stupid
