@Emme187everyone has a right to their own opinion. However, without forums like these, nothing would ever get done.
When there is no competition driving the corporations, it is the public's job to make themselves heard.
I have about a dozen examples off the top of my head in the last year alone.
Otherwise, they are just basing it on previous sales numbers. The problem with that is..only a very small percentage are actually willing to spend their hard earned money on a garbage product.
Not that it matters, but I am very patient. I really only have time on the weekends anyway, but I refuse to get a console when I can have something significantly stronger and fulfill a DIY hobby at the same time.
I will wait until Sony's games launch on PC, patiently, just to play the best versions of them. I sold a ps5 a few months ago. I have no problem waiting on games like mlb the show to come to pc, but I am free to express my interest.
I'm just saying..if I was some whiny child, wouldn't I just keep the console and play it there?
It is ALL about holding people accountable, and there is nothing wrong with that.
Sure, there are different personality types in this conversation, but amongst them, you have tech enthusiasts, and qualified artists that know exactly what it would take to scale a game that is built on PC(like all other games) for a variety of hardware.
Not that I have reread all of the comments here, but like I said, there are 60 pages on this topic in the last 12 months. It is the most popular and most consistent topic in madden forums, so I am referencing all of them, not even considering Twitter and reddit.
That's really all I have to say. I'm not trying to debate with you. It's not like I'm sharing opinions. These are facts.
Go watch Zack Snyder's Justice League, then try and tell me that social media campaigns can't lead to absolutely gorgeous works of art.
