Why won’t it let me Download madden 22 mvp edition into ps5 verison

Hello, I bought the digital version on the ps4 and it’s the mvp edition. I just got the PS5 today and it doesn’t give me an option to upgrade and I can’t find any answers. I also tried to buy the mvp edition just to make sure but it says that I already purchased it.

Idk if you figured it out yet but they played both of us! Unless you “pre-ordered” it then you won’t be able to upgrade to the PS5 version. I was the same way thinking that I had bought basically the PS4 version with the upgrade to PS5 and that’s not the case. Pretty lame for EA to do that. They shouldn’t even include that in the wording as it still says it.

I bought the digital MVP edition as a pre-order for PS4 but do not have the option to download the PS5 version now I have a PS5.

Please could you advise as this feels like false advertisement given this was one of the features that was meant to be included in the MVP Edition.

I have the same issue. I bought digital version and says unavailable now when I go to the screen to either purchase it again or says I already have it. What can I do? 

Dear EA. This is probably the snakiest thing ive seen a company do in a long time not going to lie. You all should be ashamed of yourselves if it wasnt bad enough that its a shot for shot remake of the games prior with only updated rosters you also false advertise saying we can get the ps5 copy when thats clearly not the case meaning we have to buy the game not once but TWICE! disgusting move by a company that puts $100 price tags on SUBPAR games/gaming expirences AT BEST!  Congrats youve just been boycotted by an entire household. 

It says that I can get madden NFL 22 for free on my PS4. But every time I go to download it will not let me and it won't let me see the download button
