Will madden 20 trial online record reset?

Due to amount of glitches and freezing I have witnessed during the trial and online games, will the records reset? I have extra losses cause of game issues

We are not aware of any plans to resetting records for accounts. It's unfortunate to hear you're experiencing glitches and freezing at release, which platform do you play the game on and have you tried any steps at all to fix it? When it freezes, do you get an error of any kind?

    I play ps4 my gamer tag is white-sox-n-beer 

    i have gotten errors about time expiring when I had time left. Made me lose games couple times.  Had to restore license. 

    One time it just reset the ps4

    please reset my stats as this is unfair.
