Won’t let me start a franchise in week 10

Date/time issue occurred: This has been happening the past week 

What were you doing when it happened? Trying to play Madden franchise and start in the current week rather than week 1 

What was the last action you completed before it happened? Navigate the menu

How often does the bug occur? Everytime I try to play franchise 

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a franchise up and try and start in week 10. Toggle over and see that week 1 is the furthest it will let you 

Also, include any troubleshooting, Screenshots/Clips you might have: I've uninstalled and reinstalled, turned the system off and back on turned the internet off and back on, the game is completely unplayable.
