Won draft champions, didnt receive my rewards

Our forum staff is not able to grant these to players, please contact our Live-Support team via the link below so they can grant them to you. In the event you didn't receive any rewards though, sometimes there could be a delay so try playing a game or two. Backing out of MUT or restarting your console can help re-sync with the EA servers which can help push rewards through too.

Summarize your bug I played a game and I lost but I never received my 9k coins for participating and it gave me an extra loss.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make sure that the user gets the rewards right hen they are done
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't get my rewards or quick sell coins

MUT Champions weekend tournament didn’t payout as well as the solo battles. We as a community understand that there will be problems within the first week of release we just ask that issue be resolved in a timely manner.

I was told by an agent that any type of missing content is impossible to get back and I have screenshots to prove it.

@EA_Blueberry I was told it was impossible from the EA chat to get rewards back even if it was an EA issue, I had sent them a video of the issue that showed everything as well.
