Wrongfully banned

I was wrongfully banned and i went through the process of getting unbanned but i only have 2 and a half weeks left of the season and i would like to finish what i payed for is there anyway you guys can work a lot faster because some people on here takes months to get it fixed and i need it asap or else i want a refund because this is not right i use a controller on pc and they accused me of cheating and a week or 2 before this i spent $40 on the game so if i miss out because you guys banned me i want a refund, and if there is anyone i can talk to or anything i can do please respond so i can get my account fixed asap and im a streamer as well so this is my source of income on top of just being a casual player

  • @veryrare2754 Your are S.O.L. You will find no help here. Just links to the T.O.S. team where they will just run you around. I'd suggest finding another company to support.

    @EA_Barry I have been banned since Dec 5th. During that time I received an additional email for cheating 6 days later. We were told by Blueberry ...I believe it was number 194 on the Wrongful ban/accountability thread to add additional information and hit resume--which turns out sent our cases to the back of the line. Then that advice was scrapped and we were told to make a new case for the additional email. Since we were getting conflicting answers, I just closed my original case and made a new one around Dec. 14th.

    This entire process is flawed. I can't look at or edit my case without having to hit resume. Which then would send me right to back of the line.

    On Jan. 6th I received an email thanking me for patience, I assume that is why my case shows the last updated progress was Jan. 7th, since the time frame on that seems to 8 plus hours off of my time. Since then not one update on the cases site.

    Yes, the poster is SOL if he wants his ban lifted in two weeks. A large portion of MUT's content is time sensitive. I've already missed out on half the blitz program--my console died during that time---all the Christmas stuff, and now the playoffs. I am one of the lucky ones. I decided to go NMS this year because I was disappointed in the product especially at launch. I can't even imagine how livid some of the consumers are that have MUT points just sitting in their accounts.

  • I spoke to someone on the chat service and was told  that my case was changed to their top priority and that it would be taken care of sooner, is that true or is that not a thing @EA_Barry  i also just spent money or the game and what i spent koney on will end in 2 weeks so am i going to get reimbursed? Or is it going to be fixed in time for me to complete my season pass

    @bradleon16 Yep. We are just collateral damage in EA's war on coin distribution. Obviously if we were Drini or DCroft this would have been overturned...no review required. But since we aren't, we just get to wait. And wait. And wait.
  • Hey ea I was wrongfully banned and I'm also in the process of getting unbanned. it has been 3 months since I was banned and on one of the emails it said I was unbanned but that was in January. I have spent more than 100 dollars on your game so I will be very disappointed if I'm not unbanned thack you if you read this and please consider unbanned please it will be great and I'm trying to give you my money.
