@Friedchicken179 thousands of players have had this issue yesterday, false advertising by EA in unacceptable. This is the 2nd time that this has happened. Last time being with Alvin Kamara during the Black Friday rush promo. EA you are aware that thousands of players have brought this issue up and you have yet to address it on any platform. I except to be compensated in a timely manner as well.
