Hi, @elaurant01 My apologies for the delayed response. I wasn't able to catch this before I took time off to visit family and just got back earlier this week. I've been going through all the forum posts I've had replies to and finally came around to this.What we'll need are the following details for the team to investigate into this. Specific details are critical to understanding what could be the cause. We've had this issue pop up in last year's Madden title and it was difficult to pinpoint the root cause because it happens very randomly. If you're able to provide recorded footage of the last 5 minutes when it happened and provide us a timestamp on when you played that game it can help out our team tremendously.We'll need these details: Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID you play on Platform you play on (ex: PC, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5) Recorded footage of the last 3-5 minutes (uploading it to YouTube and providing a link here is acceptable). This is not fully required but can help narrow down the cause of this bug. Timestamp on when you experienced this (date and time) Game mode you were playing

this freezing/unable to call plays bug is becoming more and more common, please banish it back to squads only.

Can anyone help me, I can’t snap the ball. I have deleted the game, reinstalled and purchased a new controller and it still won’t work. Please help!
