[xbox] no pre-snap control (after selecting play)

@EA_Blueberry  YO what is causing this seems to be happenening every 2nd games, sometimes a pause stops it othertimes you cant pause it. sometimes it happens once , twice or 3 times resulting in being kicked. Much like the crash issue it seems to only affect some people and be totally random.

Is it related to the squads issue for 3+ years that causes being unable to call plays and just the first year it is in other modes? is there anything you need us to test for you or is a fix already in the works?

This obviously only happens vs other players, so could it be either server or connection related? the issue is definately not my connection it has been tested thoroughly but it only having been an issue in squads previously (which would be more stressful on the game connection?) but then again it doesnt make sense the game keeps going if it was connection related,  i dont think it would affect both players if it was only one persons connections, servers maybe?

i dont know im just guessing/trying, which is more than ea is doing in ignoring this totally.

@EA_Blueberry  WHEN are you going to address or acknowledge your problem here!!!!? customer service and communication has dropped off a cliff recently where is your company at!?

My apologies for the delayed response. I wasn't able to catch this before I took time off to visit family and just got back earlier this week. I've been going through all the forum posts I've had replies to and finally came around to this.

What we'll need are the following details for the team to investigate into this. Specific details are critical to understanding what could be the cause. We've had this issue pop up in last year's Madden title and it was difficult to pinpoint the root cause because it happens very randomly. If you're able to provide recorded footage of the last 5 minutes when it happened and provide us a timestamp on when you played that game it can help out our team tremendously.

We'll need these details:

• Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID you play on
• Platform you play on (ex: PC, Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5)
• Recorded footage of the last 3-5 minutes (uploading it to YouTube and providing a link here is acceptable). This is not fully required but can help narrow down the cause of this bug.
• Timestamp on when you experienced this (date and time)
• Game mode you were playing
