Xbox One: Online Franchise Crashing

Product: Madden NFL 21
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
Which console generation do you have? Microsoft Xbox One

Date/time issue occurred Jan 9th and 10th 2021
What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze
Which mode has this happened in? Franchise Mode
Which part of the mode? Cloud
What is your Franchise League Name? The War Room
Summarize your bug When loading in to an online franchise game. Madden freezes and sends me to the Xbox home screen. Other people have been able to play in this league and I have been able to play in a different online league.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play online H2H franchise
What happens when the bug occurs? When loading in to an online franchise game. Madden freezes and sends me to the Xbox home screen. Other people have been able to play in this league and I have been able to play in a different online league.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play

    What type of issue do you have? Crash/Freeze

    What is your Franchise League Name? Maddens Master Jedi
    Summarize your bug I can't load my franchise nor can the other 31 members of my league. when you updated the system you broke my lg. The error says its a known issue and its been 5 days and I have no new information

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try and load my lg. you broke it it. you know you broke it now fix it.
    What happens when the bug occurs? an error message pops up and im sent back to CFM main screen
    What do you expect to see? my lg functional

    My lg came back after 7 days on being able to access it. it was reverted back from week 1 of a season to the divisional round of preceeding year. people left the lg because of this and we have to recomplete the entire offseason...this was at best a half fix. I still want compensation for you putting out an incomplete product and affecting my lg.

    it did not revert to week 1. it reverted to the divisional playoff round. Since we have to redo the entire off season now we lost members, and because they had to wait a week to go back in time and redo stuff they'd already done.

    It now appears that a member is being locked out of the lg. He was added during the offseason, a time which you erased. He can not get into the lg. He isn't listed on the quick team list or the user management team list. when we send him an invite I we get an error that he is already a member of the lg...we are attempting to draft tomorrow and he should be in by then. Fix this now.
