Any confirmation if they are working on fixing the bugs on franchise mode?? Any time table for when we can play? Unfortunately the game crashes every time I’m on franchise mode,

We have another related thread on this here where we previously mentioned it was being looked into. To give the community better visibility around this we'll be marking this post solved while it's being looked into and continue to update it was we hear more info.
Thank you to everyone that was able to respond with more details we were requesting. I know crashes are super frustrating from first hand experience so it can be tough to be told to wait it out. When teams have to prioritize bugs, crashes like this being reported are considered to be of a high priority. Thank you in advance for your patience and we'll keep you informed on it's status as we receive updates.
For the record...this may be the same issue or a different one, but I'm experiencing a softlock over on the PS5. At the end of my online franchise mode experience, in the second preseason game (Seahawks vs Broncos, I play as Seahawks), I'm running into an endless loop of the Madden/Madden22/EAsports 'loading screen', and if I force the game out by removing the disc, it actually just goes right back to the endless loop. If I forcibly shut it down through the PS5's own systems...interesting.
I lost connection to the servers, so it stopped me the first time through the first quarter. So when I came back, it restarted me...at that breakpoint in the first quarter.
Still, it's as if I've done nothing since my last 'save state.'
Same issue I'm having on Ps4 in MUT. Specifically when I go to the marketplace. Game just instantly crashes and I have to restart app. This is getting ridiculous. I've had this happen 5 plus times within a single day. Wth EA?
