I am having the same exact issues but in all modes not just ultimate team its the gane in general crashing and i cant play for longer than 10 minutes
yeh its totally unplayable.
doesnt happen on any other game, even madden 22 xbox one version never crashes its just madden 22 xbox series x version.
ea is out of control been this way since ea access and havent fixed it, when i contacted ea help the guy just referred me to xbox/microsoft when he clearly knew it was an ea problem and a known issue.
Mine doing g the same, game crashes after 5mins of being in franchise mode!! It's a joke that they released a game this bad
