I am having an issue as to where I can’t play any games on my main account, I receive the message our servers cannot process your request at this time, please try again later. I can however play on alternate accounts of my children linked to the same email. I disconnected one of my accounts as an attempt to fix the issue but it did not work. I can play on the disconnected account. I accepted the terms of service on all my kids accounts that are linked and they can play. However my main account has receive this message for the past 6 days. I contacted EA support numerous times and tried all their fixes non have worked. I reached out to EA help on Twitter and they directed me here….. I am lost for answers and have paid money for a product I can not play an account I have used since the original Xbox on madden.
this even happens to madden 22 xbox series x if your just sitting on the main menu without going into any mode.
how something like this slipped through is laughable. was happening during ea access and something this common surely would of been in beta? if so thats what like 2 months and still no fix?
- 5 years ago@elaurant01 You are right ... after a crash I rebooted, went to the kitchen to make lunch, came back and it had completely crashed my Xbox Series X (shutdown) and it certainly was never any further than the main menu
