this even happens to madden 22 xbox series x  if your just sitting on the main menu without going into any mode. 

how something like this slipped through is laughable. was happening during ea access and something this common surely would of been in beta? if so thats what like 2 months and still no fix?

@elaurant01 You are right ... after a crash I rebooted, went to the kitchen to make lunch, came back and it had completely crashed my Xbox Series X (shutdown) and it certainly was never any further than the main menu
