5 years agoAttention, Xbox and PlayStation users.
We could use your help identifying a root cause of the crashes you're all unfortunately experiencing. Can you all let us know of the following details:
- Type of Xbox console (X, S, Gen4 version)
- Software version of your Xbox Console
- Are you in the Xbox Preview/Beta Program?
- Do you have anything plugged into your console?
- This includes: Controller charging dock, USB cable, cell phone charger, hard drive, etc.
- Do you have an external hard drive synced up your console, whether you use it for Madden or not?
Please respond back with these details above so we can investigate further.

I take it that's just the standard USB cable that came with the console for your controller? Just want to get specific confirmation on that.
I've seen random controller charging dock stations lead to crashes for some games. - 5 years ago@EA_Blueberry It is the cable that comes with the Elite 2 controller sold by Microsoft for the Xbox.
