@Canucksedge Correct. Please check both drives.

Uninstalling the game does not cause you to lose any MUT progress. That is saved to our online servers.

    Are you all using a custom Gamertag picture?

    I've seen connectivity errors for UFC 4 when players were using non-Microsoft default Xbox profile pictures.

    I think my PS5 bug might be something else. Do you want a different thread for the softlock of the loading screen after a franchise game?

    @EA_Blueberry no custom profile picture. Also, are you aware if this issue is happening for both games that were downloaded and physical disks? Or is it an issue with only the digital download/pre-order version of the game? 

    Also, not sure if this is common to other folks having the crash, but my coaching skill tree menus have overlaying text, and when I am trying to trade/scrolling through trade partners half of the other team's name is cut off in the menu.

    @EA_Blueberry I’m not sure about most of the other reports but for me on the series X franchise mode is completely unplayable it crashes 100% of the time if I try doing any basic functions. Roster moves etc.

    @m3467889aa Same here ... I get no more than about 5-10 minutes without a crash ... no matter what I'm trying to do inside Franchise mode

    Having the same issue. Crashes less than 5min into Offline Franchise Mode. Super frustrating and at this point the game works better as a drink coaster.

    Die hard Madden fan since like ... 1998. But recently  been playing a ton of MLB The Show 21 on Game Pass Ultimate. Living in right now actually. For freeeeeeeeeee! And it works like a charm. No bugs, glitches, freezes, etc. And I don't even really like baseball. Just a cool game ... that works.

    @EA_Blueberry So I did exactly as you said. Checked external drive, removed external drive, deleted save data on internal, then deleted game and reinstalled. Just launched game with external drive still disconnected. I thought I would time, how long it would be, before the game crashed. It was less than 10 minutes, 9.22. So what now. As you can see from this post everyone has done as you asked. So I'm asking when can this game be fixed.

    I did the same. Disconnected Hard Drive. I used another Account and installed new and i went also from 5 to 9 Minutes. Then always Crash. I play with LAN or/and WLAN. Always the same. Crash,Crash

    I had this with the Trial Version also. 

    Man it would be nice to play Madden with my 49ers^^,but momently no Chance

    @Canucksedge There is no rhyme or reason. Sometimes it’s 10 minutes. Sometimes it’s 1 hour. But it always happens and we get no help or guidance. I want more than “we know”. I also want direct advice on whether or not i should be risking my console (that is $800) on this game. I don’t understand why or how we are communicating the way we are and how console risking crashing isn’t the mega priority.

    @chaddobox6 I have 7 DMs to EA help and 3 Tweets at the account public requesting anything- and crickets. That’s a concern.

    @chaddobox6 And they stopped responding here, Microsoft told me to * off as well. Unacceptable...

    @chaddobox6 Outside of very poor customer service it's even more concerning because (as you see in this thread) they have no idea what's crashing it abd are grasping at straws.
    I appreciate them actually communicating in this thread (up until it stopped).

    @chaddobox6 Im getting really pissed off, with this whole debacle. Here we are hoping to get this game fixed. EA won't even apologise. I think they are a bunch of crooks.

    @Canucksedge The saddest part is I do truly enjoy the game and WANT to be playing. But is risking these crashes the equivalent of risking my $800 console and $120 game investment? Passion for madden can’t warrant $1,000 down the toilet.
