I do have a 5TB external HDD, madden isn't installed on that drive.\\
edit: another thing I realized myself that it seems to be tied to maybe the offline franchises. As of now I decided to do some testing and between yesterday and today I've made it to week 5 in online franchise and I only had one crash and it sent me to the xbox dashboard. But when I was in an offline one it seemed to crash all the time (seemed to do it when ever I would open a new menu, like scouting, and even sometimes when advancing the week) and even shut my entire console down.
So I think at least for me, I've had more issues doing an offline franchise over the online, but I prefer the offline since it'll work if your internet goes down at all and or if you go somewhere where you may not have internet.
happens to me and im mainly a mut player. happens when the whole xbox is offline or not connected to the net, happens in franchise mut, h2h auction house and even the madden main menu!
