@chaddobox6 I have 7 DMs to EA help and 3 Tweets at the account public requesting anything- and crickets. That’s a concern.

@chaddobox6 Outside of very poor customer service it's even more concerning because (as you see in this thread) they have no idea what's crashing it abd are grasping at straws.
I appreciate them actually communicating in this thread (up until it stopped).
