Attention, Xbox and PlayStation users.

We could use your help identifying a root cause of the crashes you're all unfortunately experiencing. Can you all let us know of the following details:

Type of Xbox console (X, S, Gen4 version)
Software version of your Xbox Console
Are you in the Xbox Preview/Beta Program?
Do you have anything plugged into your console?
- This includes: Controller charging dock, USB cable, cell phone charger, hard drive, etc.
Do you have an external hard drive synced up your console, whether you use it for Madden or not?

Please respond back with these details above so we can investigate further.

Nope

Do you have anything plugged into your console?
- This includes: Controller charging dock, USB cable, cell phone charger, hard drive, etc.

I have used the charging cable for my Elite Controller 2 previously. It is not currently plugged in.

Do you have an external hard drive synced up your console, whether you use it for Madden or not?

Nope, I am not using any external drive. The game is installed to the internal storage.

If I wait at the main Franchise menu after loading my save, after about 10 minutes it will crash to the Xbox Home Screen. I do not even have to enter any other menus.

It has now been over a week and I still can't play the game that I specifically paid for early access to! When is a fix going to be coming?
