Attention, Xbox and PlayStation users.

We could use your help identifying a root cause of the crashes you're all unfortunately experiencing. Can you all let us know of the following details:


  • Type of Xbox console (X, S, Gen4 version)
  • Software version of your Xbox Console
  • Are you in the Xbox Preview/Beta Program?
  • Do you have anything plugged into your console? 
    • This includes: Controller charging dock, USB cable, cell phone charger, hard drive, etc. 
  • Do you have an external hard drive synced up your console, whether you use it for Madden or not?

Please respond back with these details above so we can investigate further.

Software fully updated
Not in the beta. Playing dynasty edition
The only thing plugged in other than the hdmi and power cord it the Ethernet cable hardwired to the internet

    @gregbrayman Every time I check the auction house from my binder the hame crashes and goes back to the Home Screen. Every singe time
