@elaurant01 I wonder if this may have happened to me. I think I had it set to what it was default (image I think) and then I changed it to performance to try it out and I didn't really notice much of a difference so I decided to just change it back and I think that is when I had the crashes.

Small update for everyone. The team is making progress on identifying the potential root cause of this. All the details you've provided have been exceptionally helpful. No confirmation on an exact date for the next patch as dates can shift depending on what they want to address in a patch. If they need to include more updates in a patch it could shift a date back so setting specific timelines too far out can result in confusion. When we find out a specific date we'll share it here.

The Community Manager generally gives a heads up on when it comes out days prior on the Good Morning Madden streams that take place at 10:39AM ET during the week.

@EA_Blueberry Thank you! We genuinely appreciate the update.
While I think everyone understands errors happen, the lack of updates is what really infuriates people.
It still stinks that I and several others in this thread (and tens or hundreds thousands no doubt elsewhere) paid the premium for the earlier access and took days off of work that we can't get back only to have a completely unplayable experience.

@EA_Blueberry I would agree with @jackcasper49 that the time lost and fear of financial loss of console is truly tough to quantify. I appreciate the communication though, as transparency really is the key.. I hope it’s resolved soon!

@EA_Blueberry Dont know why i even attempted to play Weekend League but xbox completely shut down on the first play smh.

I have experienced crashing in MUT Solos, Practice mode, Skills Trainer and now weekend league matches.

I have also received this link from the EA live support and these steps did not solve my issues. Not surprised but I am trying anything to get this game to work. https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/games-apps/troubleshooting/game-issues-solution
