Attention, Xbox and PlayStation users.

We could use your help identifying a root cause of the crashes you're all unfortunately experiencing. Can you all let us know of the following details:

Type of Xbox console (X, S, Gen4 version)
Software version of your Xbox Console
Are you in the Xbox Preview/Beta Program?
Do you have anything plugged into your console?
- This includes: Controller charging dock, USB cable, cell phone charger, hard drive, etc.
Do you have an external hard drive synced up your console, whether you use it for Madden or not?

Please respond back with these details above so we can investigate further.

@EA_Blueberry Here’s something I’ve done to attempt to isolate the issue.

When I play madden I connect my series X to a Samsung TV (as opposed to my ASUS monitor)
I used a wired headset (as opposed to the Microsoft Bluetooth wireless headset
And I remove my external storage.

Once I make those changes the game works. If I don’t make those changes, my series x reboots to the point that I finish 5-10% of my games. I have not had my system crash since I’ve switched to the above.

@AdamMichaelJr I’ve tried 2 monitors (LG & Asus) and my LG CX Oled, no external devices… nothing works, neither version of the game. In even tried installing on my sons series X and it does the same thing… 🤷‍♂️

i have tried 2 different displays also and with nothing plugged in to the xbox series x but i still had the issue, if it is a display thing then im going to need to find a 3rd to try.

@elaurant01 The same. I played the Trial with my old No Name 4k LED TV and crash and later i used my new LG Nano 65 Zoll with 4k@120 Hz + HDR and all other Stuff. Turned of 120Hz,Play Optimizer. Still crashes like the Trial
