The answers to the question are in bold. Also worth mentioning that sometimes when the shutdown occurs the Xbox first shows a pixelated green screen like what happens when graphic cards crash on a PC.

- Type of Xbox console (X, S, Gen4 version) Xbox series x
- Software version of your Xbox Console 10.0.22000.1759
- Are you in the Xbox Preview/Beta Program? No
- Do you have anything plugged into your console?
- This includes: Controller charging dock, USB cable, cell phone charger, hard drive, etc. No
- Do you have an external hard drive synced up your console, whether you use it for Madden or not? Yes
