Happens to me every single time I go into franchise. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Never gone more than 6-7 mins without complete crash of the game and often powers down my entire xbox. How does an issue this SEVERE possibly get into a final build of a game in the year 2021. Was there literally ZERO play testing of franchis on Series X? I mean the mode actually does not work at all on this console. Im completely stunned. Totally unacceptable. I am willing to be understanding for 99% of issues but this one...idk i cant accept something this inexcusable.
Try starting a new franchise with your "favorite team", the one that pops up first when you start a new franchise. When i do this it doesn't crash. I tried changing my favorite team & using them though & it crashed so im not sure
YESSSS, everytime I play against them (Cardinals) it crashes on any cut scene showing Kingsbury. I thought it was just me but it has issues with that particular team. This series is so trash and EA is silent because they don't want to take accountability for this garbage of a game they put out. That's why they chose to not put out any more updates to it...they need to be required to refund every copy sold of this trash.

What is your favorite team? Try starting one with steelers & see if that works. Bc i definitely can play a steelers franchise but NOT a cardinals franchise. This doesnt make sense to me.
This is weird. I play with my "Real" Fav Team,the 49ers and have always Crashes . Now i thought try this out. My Fav Team are now Chargers and i play Offline Franchise with Chargers and what should i say. No Crashes,lol
Play now 14 Minutes andno Bugs,no Crashes. With my 49ers it crashes always after 9 Minutes.
Ok i played now 2 Hour with Chargers as Fav Team and Zero! Crashes. No Issue.
Ok now i can play Franchise. When i try my 49ers= still Crash. Thats to high for me to understand, really
that has nothing to do with it. its random thing today i played a hour and half no issues then other day i played 30 mins and it happend. people have looked into this a game would NOT crash a system it would not dashboard. the game is messing something up that is over heating the system.
