Try starting a new franchise with your "favorite team", the one that pops up first when you start a new franchise. When i do this it doesn't crash. I tried changing my favorite team & using them though & it crashed so im not sure

@playeraj09 Update: I dont know what to think bc i can start a franchise with the steelers no problem(my originally picked fav team). If i use the Cardinals though the game crashes every time. Online or Offline. But when i change my fav team to the Cardinals, using the Cardinals still cause the crash and using the Steelers still works. Is it just certain teams that are broken? Honestly not sure what to make of this.

YESSSS, everytime I play against them (Cardinals) it crashes on any cut scene showing Kingsbury. I thought it was just me but it has issues with that particular team. This series is so trash and EA is silent because they don't want to take accountability for this garbage of a game they put out. That's why they chose to not put out any more updates to it...they need to be required to refund every copy sold of this trash.

  Have you both pushed the latest Xbox update on your Series X to see if that helps avoid the crashing? Xbox put out an update but you may need to manually push it. You'll find it under Settings for your Xbox.

    I have no checked but to clarify. My issues are on the Xbox one X, not the series X
