[xbox x] game crashes constantly (in various modes)

But when i change my fav team to the Cardinals, using the Cardinals still cause the crash and using the Steelers still works. Is it just certain teams that are broken? Regarding this issue where we start or load an online franchise and then if we sit in the franchise menus for X minutes then the game crashes back to the Xbox dashboard or sometimes shuts the system off entirely, and specifically the idea that was brought up by playeraj09 that I pasted above that perhaps it is team specific, I did some testing this morning to see if that appeared to be true.  playeraj09 is able to have a Steelers franchise without it crashing but not Cardinals.  Another user mentioned they'd only tried the Colts but it always crashed.  For myself, I'd always tried the Titans and it would always crash after 6 minutes in the franchise menus.

So today I tried to test this out a bit on my own and here's what I'm seeing. I created a franchise with the Steelers and sat in the franchise menu for about 15 minutes and it never crashed. I then created one with the Cardinals and, like the other person had mentioned, it crashed in the menus after just 3 minutes (remember my Titans franchise always crashes at 6 minutes), and it kicked me back to the Xbox dashboard.

I then tried one with the Colts since someone said that was crashing for them, and sure enough after 5 minutes it crashed but actually shut my whole Xbox off this time, which had not happened to me before.  So, at least in my testing it is starting to look like the issue could be team specific and would help explain things like:
1. Why some people are experiencing it and others aren't, even though they're on Xbox Series X.  Some users may be using teams where the crash doesn't occur (like the Steelers).
2. Why the amount of time it takes before the crash is being reported differently by different people.  Titans always crashes for me at 6 minutes, Cards was 3 and Colts was 5.
3. Why some users are saying their whole Xbox shuts off when this happens and others just get kicked out to the dashboard.  Colts crashed and shut down my whole Xbox whereas the others just kicked me out to the dashboard.

So my question to anyone here is, for anyone who is on Xbox Series X (or maybe even if you're not), have you tried creating an online franchise for any of the teams I mentioned above? And if so, do you experience the same or similar behavior? If so, maybe there's some bad data saved in some teams that causes it.  And for EA, maybe this is worth exploring in your troubleshooting to fix this problem.

edit: forgot to mention I’m choosing to start the franchise as a coach, in case that makes a difference.
