For the issues you described I agree the team selection likely doesn’t matter. But I can say with confidence the issue I’ve been describing where sitting in the franchise menu for X amount of time and the game crashes and sometimes shuts down the Xbox is definitely related to the team that is selected. But I think we would all agree there are a lot of different issues/bugs in the game and it just sounds like the one you’re describing is different than the one I was.
Just as an update to the issue I described in a previous post, I did start a Lions franchise tonight since it wasn’t crashing in the franchise menu like the other teams I had tried. I have played two preseason games and sat in the menus for a long time without no issue. That’s not to say it won’t crash in the middle of a game or something next time I play, but it only helps support the testing I described earlier. Just hoping EA is paying attention to all this and getting closer to some solutions.
