I haven't had a full-on crash, but the game has frozen on my PS5 while playing every mode. I'm constantly booted from the servers, and I've tried every workaround. I got up early on my off day Tuesday to grind, so the frustration is real.
Why do I feel like hardcore Maddenites are paying to enter an extended beta test before the game is mass released? 🤔

Summarize your bug There was no option for Home Screen but it’s frozen on Tom Brady and I can’t get off this screen

What happens when the bug occurs? Any button I press nothing happens, right when the game loads in it takes me right to this screen like I’m customizing Tom Brady but I can’t leave the screen that says physique selection
What do you expect to see? A refund or for it to get fixed because I can’t play the game
