@Canucksedge I had just started my 2nd Mut squads game but the first one ended in the 3rd quarter to be fair so basically 1 whole online game. I'm always fine doing challenges its only playing full online games for me which sucks
Really? There are people on here saying it's happening in PS5. I hope it's not only an X issue.
Also, just tried to play post patch. Haven't tried at all since last week. Game worked fine in menus. Played a full offline Niners Franchise game against Eagles. Won 47-10. Then, upon exiting game, crashed entire Xbox series X. Re-started console and loaded Franchise...and it was like I never played the game. Completely gone.
Just curious, how many people haven't had crashing since update, and how many have?

Same here. After patch, redownloaded and after second game Series X shuts down.
Beyond frustrating… does EA even care?!
This is frustrating as hell... I'm losing weekend league games and seasons(MUT) from the game shutting down completely or going back to the home screen... I'm feeling like I need to be compensated for these forced losses😡
Still shuts off. The is complete bs and I can’t even get a refund I tried multiple times. EA does not care cause they continue to get peoples money with VC and packs and such. Hey but thanks for the new mode that most of us can’t play either. That really made me feel better.
And not a word from EA and even a simple check in on it.
Also and this will be my final post regarding this game cause I don’t think it’s getting any of us anywhere. @EA_Blueberry im sorry I know you are not completely at fault for this or any of the many many issues with the game but I will not be trusting or believing another word from you or anyone from EA. i went directly to Microsoft for my refund and got it with no questions asked about 3 days ago.. hit them. up and get that money back, Madden is a joke this year
Tried 3 separate times through xbox to get a refund denied each time. Its ridiculous the numerous people are being affected by this and EA once a week is just like "we're aware of the on going crashing issue, we're looking into it" This game crashed during trial and EA help reached out to me and played it off like it was a network error on my end or my console overheating. Purchased the full game anyway thinking maybe just a Trial Glitch with the timer. Cant play MUT, can't play franchise, cant play anything for more than 30 minutes. Crashes at the menus and crashes in game. MEANWHILE, this one dude is like "hmm by chance do any of you have anything plugged into your xbox? or maybe possibly you have a custom picture? Have you guys tried lowering the temperature in the room your playing madden in to below 70 degrees before starting a game? MAYBE if you hold your xbox in your arms like a football while playing the game wont crash"
IF EA gave a single * about their customers they'd allow for refunds to be given out and then we could repurchase if/when EA figures out why numerous people cant play for more than 30 minutes at a time. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS. Game isn't working as promised its not an isolated issue with only a few people experiencing it and ITS also not EAs #1 Priority. Can't wait for the class action lawsuit.
