This is frustrating as hell... I'm losing weekend league games and seasons(MUT) from the game shutting down completely or going back to the home screen... I'm feeling like I need to be compensated for these forced losses😡
Still shuts off. The is complete bs and I can’t even get a refund I tried multiple times. EA does not care cause they continue to get peoples money with VC and packs and such. Hey but thanks for the new mode that most of us can’t play either. That really made me feel better.
And not a word from EA and even a simple check in on it.
Also and this will be my final post regarding this game cause I don’t think it’s getting any of us anywhere. @EA_Blueberry im sorry I know you are not completely at fault for this or any of the many many issues with the game but I will not be trusting or believing another word from you or anyone from EA. i went directly to Microsoft for my refund and got it with no questions asked about 3 days ago.. hit them. up and get that money back, Madden is a joke this year
Tried 3 separate times through xbox to get a refund denied each time. Its ridiculous the numerous people are being affected by this and EA once a week is just like "we're aware of the on going crashing issue, we're looking into it" This game crashed during trial and EA help reached out to me and played it off like it was a network error on my end or my console overheating. Purchased the full game anyway thinking maybe just a Trial Glitch with the timer. Cant play MUT, can't play franchise, cant play anything for more than 30 minutes. Crashes at the menus and crashes in game. MEANWHILE, this one dude is like "hmm by chance do any of you have anything plugged into your xbox? or maybe possibly you have a custom picture? Have you guys tried lowering the temperature in the room your playing madden in to below 70 degrees before starting a game? MAYBE if you hold your xbox in your arms like a football while playing the game wont crash"
IF EA gave a single * about their customers they'd allow for refunds to be given out and then we could repurchase if/when EA figures out why numerous people cant play for more than 30 minutes at a time. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS. Game isn't working as promised its not an isolated issue with only a few people experiencing it and ITS also not EAs #1 Priority. Can't wait for the class action lawsuit.

Its so insane this * hasn't been working for over 2 weeks and we can't get any actual answers. What else can you buy and not receive a refund if it doesn't work as advertised. I'd be understanding if we were talking like 24 or 48 hours or something but its been 2 weeks I can't even play the limited solo challenges in MUT. Even though I paid full price for this stupid game and have also been denied 3 times through Microsoft for a refund. Like it started out being like oh that was weird my game crashed lol no worries let's load it back up -crashes again- hmm... EA won't even do anything to make this right we literally are at the mercy of EA when they finally decide to fix this/if they fix it. But yeah alright lol "be patient our team is looking into this" BS.
Confirming I am also still experiencing these unplayable crashes.

I was out for the last week visiting family but I'm back now.
I see that the latest title update went out last Friday and there was stability improvements. We're seeing these reports decline so we'll need to dive deeper into those that are still being impacted.
What I'd like to ask you all to try is re-install the game to your internal storage and confirm with me you've got the latest title update (visit settings in the bottom right corner of the main menu and check for content updates). I want to first make sure the game doesn't work after a fresh re-install so we can rule out corrupted data. I also want to confirm it's not working on the internal storage as I've seen some external hard drives cause performance issues in the past.
Once this is done and if it is still crashing please respond back with the following:

this was after a fresh install. it sucks i love this game and i cant play it becuase of this plz ea fix this game i have put def over 300 bucks into this game 120 for the game and then mut stuff
