Tried 3 separate times through xbox to get a refund denied each time. Its ridiculous the numerous people are being affected by this and EA once a week is just like "we're aware of the on going crashing issue, we're looking into it" This game crashed during trial and EA help reached out to me and played it off like it was a network error on my end or my console overheating. Purchased the full game anyway thinking maybe just a Trial Glitch with the timer. Cant play MUT, can't play franchise, cant play anything for more than 30 minutes. Crashes at the menus and crashes in game. MEANWHILE, this one dude is like "hmm by chance do any of you have anything plugged into your xbox? or maybe possibly you have a custom picture? Have you guys tried lowering the temperature in the room your playing madden in to below 70 degrees before starting a game? MAYBE if you hold your xbox in your arms like a football while playing the game wont crash"
IF EA gave a single * about their customers they'd allow for refunds to be given out and then we could repurchase if/when EA figures out why numerous people cant play for more than 30 minutes at a time. ITS BEEN 2 WEEKS. Game isn't working as promised its not an isolated issue with only a few people experiencing it and ITS also not EAs #1 Priority. Can't wait for the class action lawsuit.
