Since launch, I tend to have a complete Xbox series X shut down within a game or two of MUT H2H season or even full game solo challenges. Both of which are extremely irritating. H2H season is twice as hard to climb the ranks and earn coin with 2 or 3 losses coming from shut downs each season. Weekend League... I had 6 xbox shut downs last week during my 25 games. Ive given up on solo challenges, I've tried a few of the full game solos multiple times and I shut down every time. This is killing the entire experience and more than likely damaging the xbox over time with the 30+ shut downs I've had at a minimum.
I have tried every trouble shooting technique in the book that I can think of, as well as completely resetting the xbox to factory default. Yet I can play other games like Apex legends for hours on end with zero shut down issues. Any info or updates on this would be appriciated. Thank you.
