I wanted to jump in here to reassure you this is being actively looked at by the teams and we'll provide updates for you all here as soon as we can. I was not available in the last week and just came online today, I'll be chasing this down for you this week and keep you all informed on it's developments.

To confirm from those that are crashing, is it only happening to you in Offline Face of the Franchise? I see one other person mention it was happening in MUT too.

We'll be passing info shared in this thread over to the team to help aide them in getting this addressed as quickly as possible.

We apologize for this type of experience at the game's launch and completely understand it's not ideal. We appreciate your patience in the meantime. Let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

@EA_Blueberry Hey how about an update when ya know we have registration for the next mcs in 3 days. Let’s do math I went 5-6 in the last qualifier and 5 were from system crashing. It’s been 3 weeks and no word from ea on a fix or anything. All Kraelo talks about is franchise crash, franchise doesn’t matter when we can’t play the game anyway

@EA_Blueberry Heard an interesting theory and I will be giving it a try.

Maybe it’s the yard rewards that are causing the crashing on Series X. Anytime I do anything in the game from practice mode to MUT I earn rewards for the yard. Theory being if you play to long those rewards build in the background and crash your system.

So someone suggested backing out the mode you are in going to the Madden main menu to have your The Yard rewards pop up and collect them, then try going back into the mode your were playing.

  @MinpinXI Not sure that holds water ... my crashes have occurred messing with rosters inside Franchise Mode ... I don't think you get Yard rewards there.

  @MinpinXI Alright, so I tried completing solo challenges one by one. I would complete it and then back out go all the way back and make sure my yard rewards weren't building up. Still couldn't complete more than 5 challenges before surprise surprise crashed.
  
  Also for anyone hoping for an update we've already established that EA doesnt give a single **** and its also labor day weekend so they absolutely aren't currently trying to fix anything. Was also denied a 4th refund and then even spoke to a representative on the phone who basically politely told me off.

    Confirming I also get the green screen crash. I’m wired into the router on the series x. Always in MUT Draft. Sometimes I can play a few games sometimes it happens every game. No rhyme or reason why can tell.

  @MinpinXI That's an interesting theory, but it would mean that crashes get worse. I have never completed a game without the console crashing halfway or just past halfway through. It's consistent for me.

    Xbox series X here - Game will crash in H2H and franchise games randomly my xbox will turn off... only game this has ever happened to... it;s really random and i cannot pin point when it will happen, i can either play a bunch of games or 1 single game and it will turn off.
