[xbox x] game crashes constantly (in various modes)

so I got madden 22 recently and played 3 official games and I was 3-0 but even since that I can’t get into a game it asks me to pick my game plan and kicks me out immediately and it also ruined my record I’m like 3-15 now can you guys please help me and reset my record. Has anyone had this problem btw talking about head to head.
