@EA_Blueberry I see this issue has been prevalent for various users across different consoles since the games release. Still cannot get past week 2 in offline franchise before game crashes into "Franchise" loop at the beginning of entering a game. Seizes control and freezes the game entirely. Each time, i have to delete all madden data from my system then start over from scratch. Horribly frustrating & makes playing offline franchise games literally impossible.

PLEASE HELP!! Offline Franchise mode is quite literally the only reason I continue to buy/play madden & the game mode is currently totally unusable.

Lol this is a joke right?, a full week since we last received an update from EA 😂🤣 things are so bad that Xbox has decided to work on fixing the problem check xbox support for updates. What a disgrace of a publisher, the dev and community team are so useless Microsoft has to step in and help us.

  @thagiantklupa I agree this is really unacceptable.
  I understand problems, but I don't understand CONSISTENT LACK OF COMMUNICATION to a large segment of your customers who are VERY UPSET.

    @jackcasper49 I’d expect nothing less from them, at least dice saw the disaster that was madden 22 and said “ya…nah…were pushing back our release, we don’t need Battlefield to be sullied like Madden”. Still won’t buy it though since its published by these scumbags.
