@EA_Blueberry I have now lost 5 games in weekend league because my Xbox has shut off due to your game. If we don’t at least have an update by Monday afternoon I’m calling my bank and disputing every charge to get my money back, since I’ve received no help from anyone for well over a month now. This is completely unacceptable.

@jakeakabigdub Money talks ... maybe if EA has to spend countless hours dealing with credit card disputes it will wake them up. Unfortunately, if you bought it from anyone but EA directly it probably won't bother them at all.

@jackcasper49 Just need to reframe our complaints differently. I was just going to go spend a couple grand on packs in MUT but the game keeps crashing and I can't. Please EA fix your game and let me give you my money. They will listen then.

@Matt92Machine You're not wrong ... I mean, I know a number of people who would normally be investing A LOT of money into MUT and haven't spent a penny because of all the crashing (some even still haven't bought the game) ...
@EA_Blueberry what is going to take for us to get some consistent communication and answers?
