Hey, Xbox users.

We understand you are reporting crashes or the console randomly shutting down during game play. We've passed along your details to the team to help aid them during this investigation. At this time, we are unable to determine this is the cause of Madden NFL 22 and any updates regarding this will be communicated here.

We advise reaching out to Xbox Support for any console issues you are experiencing for hardware troubleshooting if you have not done so. 

It is important to try plugging your Xbox console's power cord directly into the wall if your console is shutting down as the console has a built in power supply.

@EA_Blueberry All of this and yet EA STILL has everyone's money, more than a month later and this multi billion dollar company can't figure out why its JUST this game causing shut downs and crashes for many. And on top of that we receive the absolute bare minimum in communication.

Buy something for $70 or even $100 and have it not work for you the way its intended with no refunds offered and no communication as to why and then you will understand why people are visibly upset. ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH. Why have refunds not been offered?

    @xBMTHxMOVEx well what is worse is fifa 22 is doing same thing so it seems like its a engine issue. if they think us angry madden players are bad fifa is more world wide players lol its only going to get worse
