This is not a console issue. Ridiculous that you say it is. The game crashes my system every single franchise game I play. Microsoft won’t offer refunds because it’s been too long. EA Help on Twitter says they can’t help with refunds. So here’s a solution: fix the game we paid $70 for. This is the ONLY game this happens with, which I’m confident others have already stated. I’ve played Valhalla for 200 hours without a crash, but somehow my system becomes an issue when it’s Madden that’s launched and not Valhalla? Give me a break. Tired of the runaround on this thread, the unhelpfulness of EA Help on Twitter and the deafening silence from the dev team.
this issue has been going on since the beta in july that is 2 months!!!!!!
