Ive spoken to xbox support, since EA isnt fixing the problems in their games xbox is currently investigating and working on a fix for madden and fifa. Sad that Microsoft has to do EA’s job for them.
I seem to be one of the few people on here, who was lucky enough to have no crashing, after the first title update. I have played pre season, and three reg season games. I havent touched the game in almost three weeks. In all honesty this game is complete junk. All of the new Franchise features, are boring they add no more depth, or enjoyment to the game. The gameplay is the same as it has been for about 5 years. Commentary is also, the same audio as previous games. The scouting update will arrive in October, not September, if at all. I understand how frustrated you guys feel about, not being able to play this game, but honesty you aren't missing much. I wish I had saved the money, I paid for early release and purchased Far Cry 6. I know I won't be pre-ordering this game again. Hopefully the other company, who recently secured an NFL license, can make a good NFL game.

I just want what I paid for or a refund if they aren’t going to fix it. Considering we can’t even play the game I would say we certainly have wasted money, you can play the game, it may not feel like money well spent but its certainly not wasted
