Is there an ETA on when an update will be released that stops my Xbox Series X from completely shutting off at various points in games, during MUT challenges, solos, online franchise games, etc...it's extremely difficult to be an advocate for Madden 22 if I'm not able to literally play the game; this is beyond frustrating!
Still crashing Series X. Paid full price and can’t get a refund while unable to play. It’s now on sale on the Xbox store. Awesome.
I still can’t really play the Xbox Series X version at all. Xbox one version is fine. Still shuts my console off every time I play the game. It can be 30 minutes in or a couple hours. It happens across multiple modes. After testing other games the last few weeks it’s only Madden 22. I tried yesterday and played for roughly 45 minutes before it completely shut down my console.
I unfortunately believe that you’re absolutely right. It’s honestly my fault for giving them the money.
This is a very serious problem. On Ps4 in every mode I play, mainly mut h2h, the game constantly crashes and I mean over 20 times in the past WEEK. Why is this happening? I have done every thing mentioned as possible fixes and nothing works. After deleting the game and re-downloading, sure enough it did it again.
This game was already bad and had serious problems, but I never had this problem with crashing so much until this last patch. I give up EA. I actually used to enjoy madden but now it's just time to move on
@EA_Blueberry Yall havent addressed us personally. Ive spent thousands over the years on Madden and Ultimate.
Im so livid that you just dont care. That EA has millions cause of players like us…
This is BS.
I’ve personally decided to stop buying games that are in any way associated with EA. How do I know they’ll even work properly. It’s just a shame that they don’t care when a decent amount of people are having this issue.
I'm honestly about to file a class action lawsuit if they don't either a) resolve this issue stat for Xbox One Series X owners and others who are experiencing consoles crashing or b) REFUND.
This is unacceptable.
Man, Xbox Series X version keeps crashing - in both MUT and my 32-man CFM league. Beyond infuriating. When are we getting a fix?? This doesn't happen to Series S owners from what I've seen in our league.
