Per the 10/15 Title Update:

Hey Madden fans,

Today's Title Update for Madden NFL 22 is for Xbox Series X|S & Playstation 5 and contains the following:

Addressed an issue where players were experiencing crashing when selecting certain formations
Addressed an issue for Custom Playbooks being used in Online Head-to-Head modes

This Title Update is now available for both platforms.

Can you all restart your game so you are prompted with the update and let us know if you are still experiencing crashes in any game modes?

I still can’t really play the Xbox Series X version at all. Xbox one version is fine. Still shuts my console off every time I play the game. It can be 30 minutes in or a couple hours. It happens across multiple modes. After testing other games the last few weeks it’s only Madden 22. I tried yesterday and played for roughly 45 minutes before it completely shut down my console.

@Funkyfresh830 I am losing any faith that @EA_Blueberry or the others at EA care enough to communicate or release a fix ...
As the director said it's not that many people who can't play still, so they don't really care.

    this recent patch has once again caused me to have shut down issues. this is a joke it seems like when they add patches more and more people start getting the issue. im just going to uninstall this game and just move on at this point.
