Summarize your bug First One Free X-Factor ability with 20+ yard receptions for Lamar Jackson and Saquon Barkley. This renders it basically useless especially for Lamar Jackson.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I simply created an all-star team of 25 and younger talent on the Ravens and noticed this issue.
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to trigger First One Free X-Factor Ability with 20+ yard runs.
What do you expect to see? It fixed so the ability will work for Lamar Jackson.

First One Free X-Factor ability only triggers with 20+ yards Receiving for both Lamar Jackson and Saquon Barkley. This renders it basically useless and completely unable to activate it for Lamar.

Do you have the latest content update? At the main menu go to Settings (cogwheel) on the right and check for the update at the bottom. If it's fully updated, load up a new franchise to verify it's still displaying that. 

Thanks for reaching out! I haven't seen too many other reports like this, so I'm under the impression this is an existing franchise you're seeing this on or you do not have the latest update.

It didn’t work. It says I have the most recent update. And the franchise I’m in, I don’t even know how to change things like that.

Is that an existing franchise you have before the update or a new franchise you created yesterday?

A new one

When you go in game does it activate via running or passing?

Summarize your bug First One Free requirements say that you need to "rush for 10+ yards 5 times" to activate. on PC, in freanchise mode, it says you need to "receive for 20+ yards twice" to activate, which is the requirements for a separate x factor ability called "double me"
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? use any team on PC with a HB with First One Free in franchise mode examples: Vikings, Jets
What happens when the bug occurs? it changes the requirements needed to activate power
What do you expect to see? first one free changed to reflect the right requirements

Ive tried everything from restarting my xbox to downloading live content and I don't know what else to do. It also says in franchise mode Michael Thomas the Saints receiver is a 96 overall when he is a 99 overall. What do I do to fix these things.
