I'm on pc and I am also having this problem.. I think it happens whenever you are creating a new cloud franchise and you lose connection to the servers.. it seems to create the franchise but you never actually see it in your files

there is 0 franchises there for me.. I do not have a single cloud or offline franchise its completely empty.
That didn’t work, also I’m not sure how to access the cloud. But when I click on franchise it brings up my franchises but when I try to create a new one I get the same error message and I do not have 20 franchises created. Also when I got to load/delete files nothing pops up under the franchise tab.

You shared a link to this problem from 2019. How is it that EA can go years at a time without resolving problems and still charge for new games each year?

No, it doesn’t give the upturn to load franchise. All that you can do is create one, Join an online one, or view online invites.
I am having the same issue and I have no leagues that our download it is there going to be any way we can resolve this where I can be able to make a franchise and play again?
@EA_Blueberry Still having this same issue with creating a new cloud franchise. It still says that I am the commissioner of 20 leagues when I am not.. Is this an easy fix or not?
