Hey, Franchise players.

I just came back from a short holiday break and see that you are all still being locked out from Franchise. I'll need this info to pass along to the team for a closer look into this.

  • Gamertag/PSN ID/Origin ID
  • Platform you play on (Series X, S, PS5, PC, Stadia)
  • When did you start experiencing this error from the best of your knowledge
  • Do you play on any other Gamertags/PSN IDs on the same console
  • Prior to this happening were you in other leagues and recently left them
  • Were you commissioner of any leagues? If so, how many?
  • Do you remember what you did just before this error message started show up

Tag - Edzbruh

Console - PS5

Date of initial encounter - Mid to late November 

Other Tags - I play on my younger brother's PS5 and User as Madden is one of a few games I play and pay for.  

Other leagues - I was in no other leagues or left any.

Events precedding - Prior to this message I've had multiple encounters over the last few months game with the desync bug while creating new online franchises. Those franchises don't work but the game recognises that it did and is given a game slot. After many desync bug encounters during new franchise creations, the game will flash the "max commissioner error". 

The game recognising those failed franchises as save slots is only a guess based on my own experience but it seems like a logical result of what's happened.
